Firstly they didn't communicate with me until the design was delivered three days later (their site says it will be done in 24 hours) and then the template was only half finished. No menu and the body css had been completely ignored. I have sent the theme back to them for recoding which they said would be completed in a few hours but it has been 2 days and i have seen nothing. There are plenty of other providers out there who will provide you with better service. Its been nearly a week now and these guys have been absolutely terrible.

When we asked them few changes they did that changes without charging us anything extra. Will use them again for sure.
