2 Customer Reviews of HTML Blender
Review by Nitin Anand, August 07, 2009
I had HTMLBlender code out some projects when I was SUPER busy and although they code well their response time and completion of projects is horrible. I got the 24 hour delivery for 1 project and they delivered in 48 hours and it was unfinished. Not only that they said they’d finish it when I complained but didn’t deliver. If you have a lot of time left then you can go to them but for time sensitive stuff they’re horrible.

These guys are HORRIBLE. Customer Service is ridiculous. I was a previous customer and tried to bring another project to these guys, and they PURPOSELY tried to over charge me even further because I called them out on the ridiculous price they tried to charge me.

Welcome to htmlBlender Online Support.
htmlBlender> Hello. Thank you for contacting us. How may I help you?
justin> I already have the CSS/XHTML of a page, but I need it to look the same across all browsers
justin> mainly IE 7 & 8
htmlBlender> hi there
justin> hey
htmlBlender> do you have the URL available?
justin> [url removed due to privacy]
htmlBlender> one moment please
justin> I understand the CSS won’t be valid due to the use of some CSS3 properties, but I’m ok with that
htmlBlender> the code is valid, so a work order of $39 would cover fixing it for IE 7 & 8
htmlBlender> this could be ready for you tomorrow
justin> $39 for a previous customer and a student?
justin> didn’t we go through this last time?
htmlBlender> im sorry? last time?
justin> I spoke to some one last time about this and I stated that in no way should this service cost $40
justin> it would take you a MAX 1 hr to fix this code. if that
htmlBlender> ok, well in that case $49
justin> are you trying to get a bad reputation on the internet?
justin> so that’s how you want to treat a previous customer right?
justin> gotcha
htmlBlender> listen – $39 is our minimum work order for this. that is our pricing. if you dont agree with it, then there are other companies out there.
htmlBlender> if you didnt like our pricing last time, then why come to us again?
justin> i loved your pricing last time!!!
htmlBlender> $39 for fixing your code is not a lot of money if it will be a maximum of 1 hours work
justin> dude, it’ll prolly’ take 5 minutes
justin> it doesn’t matter….this will be the last time I try and bring work to you guys
htmlBlender> we can do this for $59
justin> and I will copy this convo. and let people know how you deal with clients
justin> thanks
